At SweetMix we take allergen awareness seriously. Each order is freshly prepared and packed directly into the customer’s individual bag. All of our sweets are sourced from reputable UK suppliers which are delivered with a full ingredient and allergen list from the manufacturer. While we take care in the handling and storage of our products we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens.
Online orders are prepared per customer order and sealed immediately after packing. We do not re-use stock between customer bags. However, different varieties are stored within the same preparation environment, and multiple product types are handled during the packing sessions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace allergens.
At our live events and festival stands, allergens information is displayed clearly at the point of sale. Full ingredient sheets are available upon request from a member of staff. Please inform a team member before purchase if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Due to the nature of pick’n’ mix displays at events, cross-contact between products may occur. For customers with severe allergies, we advise speaking directly with our team prior to purchase.
